NOTE: YOU MUST NOTIFY GUARDIAN OF YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF ACCIDENTAL STAIN OR DAMAGE OCCURRENCE!

To file a claim, please contact a customer service representative at 800-527-8485 between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Please have your printed copy of the Guardian product warranty (with warranty number) available when you place the call.

If you have not already registered your warranty online, you will have to register it first before a claim can be made.
